Decorating is a passion of mine. I took many people to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago years ago as an interior decorator and was exposed to a great many beautiful home furnishings in one amazing place. I had a drapery workroom and decorating store.
Fabrics, colors, textures... They may all be combined in decorating your home to produce an environment that is pleasing to the eye and relaxing to the soul. Visit often. I'll be sharing ideas and many sources from which to bring to life the home of your vision whether it be formal or country and everything in between.
Every person has their unique idea as to what they feel is comfortable. I learned many years ago that no two people are the same as to the environment they envision, especially spouses or significant others. To combine their tastes and make it all blend and make everyone happy, that's the trick. However, it can be done.
